Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to learn, not feel stuck with a purchase. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.

Lifetime plan — 7-day money-back

If you buy lifetime access and aren't happy, email support@ml-bites.aiskillhub.info within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Monthly plan

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not pro-rated, but you keep access until it ends. We do not refund partial months.

How to request

Email support@ml-bites.aiskillhub.info with the email used at purchase and your Razorpay payment ID. We respond within 2 business days.

Failed or duplicate payments

Any duplicate or failed-but-charged payment is refunded in full automatically once detected, or on request.
