ML Bites respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Free use needs no account. Your lesson progress is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. If you join a waitlist or buy a plan, we collect your email and payment metadata (via Razorpay — we never see full card numbers).

2. AI tutor

When you ask the tutor or request grading, the code and question you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste secrets or personal data into code cells.

3. How we use data

To deliver the Service, process payments, send transactional and (if you opt in) product emails, and improve lessons. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics for aggregate usage. Essential local storage is used for theme and progress.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@ml-bites.aiskillhub.info.

6. Retention & security

We retain payment and email records as required for tax/legal purposes and apply reasonable safeguards. Backups are taken regularly.
