Trishul, the LLM guardrail middleware / API proxy operated by GetDeaddicted LLC and available at https://trishul.aiskillhub.info (the "Service"), is currently provided **free of charge**, and may also be self-hosted by you in your own environment. **There are no paid plans or subscriptions at this time**, so there are no charges, billing cycles, or refunds to administer.

If paid plans are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe billing, cancellation, and refund terms before any charges apply, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.

Note that any charges from your own third-party LLM provider (for the provider keys you configure in your policies) are billed by that provider directly — Trishul does not bill, collect, or refund them.
